Congratulations on the Day of Restoration of the State of Lithuania!

A large group of Lithuanians living in and visiting Georgia celebrated February 16 in Gudauri. At the invitation from the Embassy of Lithuania to Georgia, Lithuanians visiting the country joined the local Lithuanian community and embassy staff from Tbilisi, meeting at the top of Mount Kudebi. Ascending to the height of 3006 meters, everyone together raised the impressive Lithuanian tricolor, which put those attending in a joyous and celebratory mood. The National Anthem, proudly sung at 12 o'clock, allowed us to feel unity with all Lithuanians and show respect for our state.
This celebration unites Lithuanian citizens and friends of Lithuania from all over the world. Our thanks to Georgia for the opportunity of being together.
