Information on filling out the new national visa application form
Lithuanian national visas are no longer issued at the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania. Applications for national visas are submitted at the visa center of the Migration Department of Lithuania.
Persons who plan to apply for a national visa at the Migration Department of Lithuania visa center in Tbilisi (https://services.vfsglobal.com/geo/en/ltr/) should first fill out the national visa application form and only then book an interview at the visa center, because in order to register for an interview at the visa center, you need to indicate the number of the visa application form.
The visa application form is filled out from the website of the Migration Department of Lithuania (https://www.migracija.lt/) where under the For Foreigners category, in the To get an electronic service, choose your citizenship column, you should mark Sakartvelo (Georgia), on the next page, select I want to get a national visa and mark Apply request, after which you must enter your e-mail address in the opened window. You will receive a one-time login code to the specified e-mail, with which you will open the visa application form and start filling it.
