MFA: "WikiLeaks" Information Does Not Reflect The Reality
"Any Lithuania-related information published on the WikiLeaks website should be treated only as information taken out of context, which has nothing to do with the reality. Thus, it may not and will not affect our relations with partners," the Press Office of Lithuanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has said.
Last week U.S. high representatives informed the Lithuanian authorities of WikiLeaks intentions to publish U.S. State Department's diplomatic cables which may also include Lithuania's name.
Data released this Monday show that the files obtained by WikiLeaks include several hundreds of documents written by the American diplomats posted in Lithuania between 2004-2010.
Lithuanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs does not intend to comment the materials published by WikiLeaks.
