Opportunities for cooperation were discussed at a meeting with the Mayor of Tbilisi
On February 2 Ambassador of Lithuania to Georgia, Andrius Kalindra met with the Mayor of Tbilisi Kakha Kaladze.
During the meeting, Ambassador thanked the Mayor for the city’s constant attention and support in commemorating historical and cultural dates important for Lithuania, attention was drawn to the renewed Vilnius Square in Tbilisi and the green course of the city. There was also an exchange of views on bilateral cooperation, future cultural and sport projects and events, and it was mentioned that Vilnius, which has a cooperation agreement with the city of Tbilisi, will celebrate its 700th anniversary in 2023. Regarding further perspectives of cooperation, Ambassador Andrius Kalindra offered the knowledge and experience of Lithuanian experts in applying good solutions for the development of the city's infrastructure and green course.
