Presenting the Presidency to the Members of Parliament the Ambassador emphasized the importance of East Partnership
Ambassador of Lithuania to Georgia J. Paslauskas visited Parliament of Georgia on July 23 where the priorities of the Presidency of the EU Council were presented. The ambassador emphasized the importance of the East Partnership for Lithuania.
Members of Parliament were highly interested in Georgia’s success on Vilnius Summit and asked to compare the ongoing process in other East Partnership countries. Members of Parliament expressed their gratitude and thanked for supporting Georgia to sign EU association agreement.First Deputy Chairman of the Parliament M. Kobakhidze welcomed friendly relations with Lithuania and Lithuania’s support during the period.
