Registration for submitting visa applications for the month of April will start on March 14
Please, read information attentively and to the end! The Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania to Georgia would like to inform that the registration for submitting visa applications for the month of April will start on Monday, 14 March via e-mail: kons.ge@urm.lt and take place in the Embassy's working hours (starting at 08:30 in the morning). The registration will be done according to the order of the e-mails as received by the Embassy’s e-mail address from the beginning of registration. E-mails sent for registration before the above indicated time will not participate in the registration process.
Applicants will need to send their name, surname, purpose of travel and request for appointment to the aforementioned e-mail.
Please note that only one person can be registered by sending one e-mail and the applicant should address the Embassy for registration by e-mail themselves, while also having access to the e-mail used for registration for the future, as the Embassy will be sending information about registration/non-registration and other relevant notes to that address. The Embassy recommends that you not use e-mails with Russian domain (ending with .ru) as it is more likely that they may be blocked by Embassy’s e-mail filter. Also pay close attention to indicate the ending of Embassy’s e-mail address correctly when sending (it should be “lt” not “it” which is a common mistake according to our observation).
You will receive response to your request for registration within 1-2 weeks from the registration date (will depend on the number of e-mails received). Replies will only be sent to those who manage to register, so if you do not receive a reply within two weeks of the beginning of registration, this means that you were not able to register. Also, the Embassy’s request would be to refrain from making phone calls to check if your email has arrived or whether you have registered or not. These issues will be addressed by e-mail only.
