We offer:
A salary ranging from €1053 to €1875 (before taxes).
Health insurance, provided that employment-related taxes are paid to the Republic of Lithuania.
Requirements:
1. A college or university degree or an equivalent qualification.
2. Proficiency in Georgian and English at a minimum of C1 level (advanced user), and Russian at a minimum of B1 level (intermediate user).
3. Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office.
4. Knowledge of office administration, document management and record-keeping, drafting of legal documents, and rules of linguistic correctness and professional language use.
5. Ability to plan and organize work, analyze and systematize information.
6. Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Compliance with the legal requirements of the Republic of Lithuania necessary for obtaining permission to work with or access classified information marked “Restricted Use,” or not raising any concerns regarding the individual's reliability.
Responsibilities:
1. Assisting the head of the Embassy or designated staff.
2. Answering phone calls and managing call administration.
3. Providing general information to callers and preparing responses to inquiries within the scope of competence.
4. Corresponding with foreign diplomatic missions and other institutions, agencies, and organizations.
5. Registering incoming and outgoing correspondence, copying and sending documents, managing protocol correspondence, and performing other document management tasks.
6. Preparing official letters, cover letters, diplomatic Notes, and other documents or drafts within the scope of competence.
7. Monitoring media reports and distributing Embassy announcements to the media.
8. Disseminating information provided by Lithuanian institutions, agencies, and companies.
9. Updating and publishing information on the Embassy’s website and social media accounts.
10. Performing written and oral translations.
11. Maintaining and updating the Embassy’s contact list.
12. Assisting with the sending and receiving of diplomatic mail and cargo.
13. Supporting the organization and servicing of meetings, events, receptions, and visits.
14. Carrying out other occasional official duties assigned by the head of the Embassy.
Advantages: Knowledge of the Lithuanian language, experience in administrative work, experience working in an international team, and proficiency in other foreign languages.
A fixed-term employment contract will be offered for a period not exceeding one year, subject to successful clearance for working with or accessing classified information.
